Dengan menggunakan sistem School SuperApps MAN 2 Bukittinggi, Anda berarti menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku berikut ini. Harap baca dokumen ini dengan saksama.

Bab 1

Definisi

"Sistem" atau "School SuperApps" merujuk pada Platform digital yang diselenggarakan oleh MAN 2 Bukittinggi (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bukittinggi) yang mencakup website resmi, panel administrasi, portal PPDB, portal CBT/Ujian, e-Learning, serta layanan terkait lainnya.

Bab 2

Akun Pengguna

  • Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kerahasiaan akun dan password yang Anda miliki.
  • Semua aktivitas yang terjadi melalui akun Anda menjadi tanggung jawab Anda.
  • Anda wajib segera mengubah password jika curiga ada penyalahgunaan akun.
  • Kami berhak menutup atau membekukan akun yang diduga disalahgunakan tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

Bab 3

Penggunaan Sistem

  • Anda tidak menggunakan sistem untuk tujuan yang melanggar hukum atau tidak etis.
  • Anda tidak akan menyalahgunakan data pribadi pengguna lain.
  • Anda tidak akan melakukan tindakan teknis yang mengganggu operasional sistem (misalnya hacking, DDoS, scraping).
  • Anda akan menggunakan sistem sesuai dengan peran dan hak akses yang diberikan (siswa, guru, ortu, admin).

Bab 4

Hak Kekayaan Intelektual

Seluruh konten, desain, logo, dan materi yang terdapat dalam sistem ini merupakan hak cipta dan kekayaan intelektual MAN 2 Bukittinggi. Dilarang menduplikasi, memodifikasi, atau mendistribusikan tanpa izin tertulis.

Bab 5

Perubahan Syarat

MAN 2 Bukittinggi berhak mengubah Syarat & Ketentuan ini sewaktu-waktu. Perubahan akan diinformasikan melalui website resmi. Penggunaan berkelanjutan setelah perubahan berarti Anda menerima syarat baru.

Bab 6

Penyangkalan & Batasan Tanggung Jawab

Kami berusaha menyediakan informasi yang akurat dan layanan yang berjalan lancar, namun tidak memberikan jaminan tanpa cacat terhadap ketersediaan atau keakuratan data. MAN 2 Bukittinggi tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian langsung maupun tidak langsung yang timbul dari penggunaan sistem ini.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • All activities that occur through your account are your responsibility.
  • You must change your password immediately if you suspect any misuse of your account.
  • We reserve the right to close or suspend accounts suspected of misuse without prior notice.

  • You will not use the system for unlawful or unethical purposes.
  • You will not misuse other users' personal data.
  • You will not perform any technical actions that disrupt the system's operations (e.g., hacking, DDoS, scraping).
  • You will use the system in accordance with the roles and permissions granted (student, teacher, parent, admin).

All content, designs, logos, and materials contained in this system are the copyright and intellectual property of MAN 2 Bukittinggi. Duplication, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

MAN 2 Bukittinggi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the official website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate information and smooth-running services, but we make no warranty as to the uninterrupted availability or accuracy of the data. MAN 2 Bukittinggi is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this system.
